I know, her birthday's in December. But since we missed out on Ava's first birthday we decided to throw a little second 1st birthday party for her. It was a small affair with the usual suspects—grandparents, Aunt Sue, Uncle Jerome and cousin Genevieve. It gave Ava the chance to take her fancy party dress (thanks Mrs. Brocollo) out for a spin. And Rob and I finally got to buy the Little Tikes Cozy Coupe we've been eyeing with envy in everyone else's driveways for the past few years. It was really fun and now we'll have a set of photos for every birthday. (See more pics in the Photo Gallery top right column.)
