Hope everyone had a happy Easter. We're all still just settling in. It's taking some time to adjust back to our time zone. Ava was generally sleeping most of the day and up at around 2:00 am the first couple of days home. Rob and I are napping on and off during the day. The days are just kind of slipping by, right now. We had some family over for Easter. (They brought all the food which we really appreciated!) Ava got to meet grandmas and grandpa and some aunts and uncles and cousin Genevieve. She's a little quiet at first around new people but she will generally warm up a little. She's still getting used to her surroundings and time zone. Her congestion is quite a bit better but she's got a doctor's appointment tomorrow anyway. She and our cat Syd have had a few stare downs so far. Not quite fast friends yet.
Hopefully we'll all get into a routine pretty soon. Nice to be home though.
